Comment
Only 15” of snow, but poor consolidation. Very poor base layer of wet basal facets. 10-11” of soft weak layer not binding to base or top. Top is 4” of consolidated hard snow. Wet loose slide very possible.
Extended Column test failed with only a few taps from the wrist and propagated.
