This area is a rock talus field all filled in. Approximately 18 inches of new snow 4 finger consistent with light snow/gropel on top of a few inches. Pencil hard layer ice crust on top of 1 finger hard of early stage facet snow to another ice layer at rocks. CT test failed at 23 but failed at rock so inconclusive. ECT no results.
