Brief description
Nearing 11am loose wet to melt freeze. Route choice is important. Ski Pole probing showed 3-4” on top of a solid underlayer i did not get through.

Comment
Up- variable conditions on packed out fire road. Off trail was mixed between soft then sketchy. Crampons were used on steeper aspects. 
Down-Fun safe turns were had on the face. Previous tracks need to be avoided but where open untouched snow existed it was entertaining.
