Comment
10am firm to Icy on the uphill. Sun exposed areas starting to soften. Above freezing temps overnight. 

South side of ridge completely melted except shaded areas. Ridge top turning to corn about 10:30. Rest of slopes mostly locked up still except sun exposed areas as noted above. Ridge @ 7,472’

Clouds began to move in around 1145

Northeast aspects softened up for some nice turns after noon, anything that did not receive direct sun remained firm but edgeable 

I would expect higher elevations would be less likely to soften and may not at all. Our stability tests should no reaction in this location. Remember this is only a snapshot of a much larger picture and spacial variability is always a concern. elevation and aspect will play a big roll in what conditions are like in another location.
